Product Overview:

2 Ton round sling, or 2T round sling, always in green colour, is used for engine lifting in some workshops for manufacturing industry. The 2-ton round sling exported to the European market has a safety factor of 7:1. The sling, with a webbing cover width of approximately 50mm, is capable of safely lifting loads of 2000kg and below. Its breaking load is 14 tons or 14000kg, making it a lightweight lifting sling.

2 Ton Round Sling Details

Endless round slings are made of load bearing fibres or core yarns that are protected by a woven outer woven sleeve. Both of them are tenacious, durable, flexible and soft, which can protect smooth or polished surfaces from scratches when lifting. The outer sleeve carries a portion of the load, and the inner core yarn carries the majority of load. All yarns in the "tube" form one endless ring or loop, with the shape of round. For such characteristics, round slings possess much more loading points which means the contact points with the object being lifted can be switched during each lift. For safety, at the closure point of the external sleeve, there will be a blue PVC label sewn on, which serves as a safety label. If the load exceeds the limit during lifting, this label will detach.

The 2-ton round sling is commonly used in micro cranes, small household appliance factories, and small-scale mechanical processing plants. The 2-ton lifting sling produced by our company is available in endless and double-eye types. The endless type is suitable for lifting cylindrical cargos and can be used individually or in combination with two slings. The double-eye type is designed to be paired with shackles, lifting rings, and hooks to form a combined lifting apparatus. It is used for lifting small engines or in conjunction with various lifting points for hoisting mold machines, and similar equipment.
